Supporting our local community

BUFF® was formed in a region rich in textile traditions, but like many other similar places, the transfer of skills from one generation to the next has been disappearing.

To promote generational change in the garment-making trade and ensure the continuity of this profession, we created the BUFF® Garment Making School.

This initiative strives to restore the traditional role of apprentices through training initiatives in the workplace. Our joint goal is to train 100+ people in the next three years, enabling them to pursue a profession in the textile industry.
